Governance
Ordered and Accountable
M2M² is built on structure, transparency, and shared leadership—not personality. Here is how we govern.
Why Governance Matters
Too many ministries operate without accountability. We believe a ministry built for the long term must be structurally sound—governed by a board, not a single leader; funded by transparency, not manipulation; and grounded in doctrine, not trends.
Our governance framework is designed to protect the integrity of the teaching, the stewardship of donor resources, and the spiritual health of the community.
How We Govern
Board of Directors
M2M² is governed by a five-member board of directors responsible for strategic oversight, doctrinal accountability, financial stewardship, and organizational integrity. No single individual controls the ministry.
Financial Controls
All major financial decisions require dual-signature approval. The board independently reviews and approves compensation, budgets, and expenditures. We maintain transparent records and welcome accountability.
Conflict of Interest Policy
Board members and leadership are bound by a formal conflict-of-interest policy. Any material interest that could influence ministry decisions must be disclosed and managed according to our governance bylaws.
Doctrinal Safeguards
All public teaching is anchored to our Statement of Faith. The board has authority to review, correct, or remove teaching that deviates from the ministry’s doctrinal foundation. We prioritize Scripture over personality.
Legal Structure
Messages to the Masses Ministry is organized as a Georgia religious nonprofit corporation under 508(c)(1)(A) church status and is pursuing 501(c)(3) recognition from the IRS.
Transparency Commitment
We believe accountability builds trust. Our governance structure, financial practices, and doctrinal standards are public—not hidden. We welcome respectful inquiry from supporters and partners.
Board Structure
The five-member board provides oversight across all ministry operations.
Chairperson
Presides over board meetings, sets agenda, ensures governance standards are upheld.

Public teaching voice of the ministry. Subject to board oversight on doctrine and conduct.
Executive Architect
